Concordia and K2 Base Camp, Pakistan
This is a documentary record of an expedition I lead in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Northern Pakistan in the Karakoram mountains, following the route of the Baltoro Glacier to Concordia. A major junction of some of the worlds largest glaciers outside of the polar regions. It is a veritable wilderness of rugged valleys and towering peaks. This must be one of the most spectacular and photogenic places on earth.
